We want to thank the staff and residents at The Crossings in Malvern for taking good care of Joel and for making his last year so pleasant. Prayers for the family. Mr. Joel was a wonderful man. He was always smiling and cared for each of us like we were his children no matter how old we were. I loved listening to stories about his family and his childhood. One thing I remember very well is he wanted to learn to read. He would share with me how much he learned. I was proud of him. He will be missed. We loved you Mr. Joel here at Malvern Elementary School. Pam Plummer

Very sorry to hear about the loss of Joel. I had the privilege of deer hunting with him and his dad John for many years. Even though he had some physical challenges, I'll never forget that Joel was friendly to everyone and almost always had a smile on his face. May God bless his family with sweet memories of a wonderful man now gone to be at home in Heaven.
